We meet on Zoom once a month—next meeting is Friday, August 21 from 11-12:30. Cost is $20 to be paid by Zelle or check to be split with Unity.

Writing Refuge is a self-help book to encourage people to use therapeutic writing to help them realize that they have more wisdom within than they thought possible. It includes guidelines for writing, exercises, and a selection of questions that are prompts for their writing.
