Welcome Home: What to Expect on Sundays

Walking into a new spiritual community for the first time can feel intimidating, but at Unity of Flagstaff, you are already family. Whether you are a lifelong spiritual seeker or just exploring your path, we want your first visit to be as comfortable, warm, and uplifting as possible.

Here are a few common questions to help you prepare for your visit!

What are your Sunday services like?

We call our Sunday gatherings "Celebrations" because they are joyful, uplifting, and practical. Services begin at 10:30 AM and usually last about an hour and half. You can expect live or recorded, inspiring music, a time of quiet guided meditation, and a positive, practical message from our Spiritual Leader, Sabrina Johnson, that you can actually apply to your daily life. (If you want to come early, we also host a quiet meditation in the Serenity Room at 9:45 AM!)

What should I wear?

Come exactly as you are! You will see people wearing everything from jeans and t-shirts to their "Sunday best." We care about connecting with you, not what you are wearing.

What do you believe?

Unity is a positive, practical, and progressive approach to Christianity based on the teachings of Jesus and the power of affirmative prayer. We believe that God is absolute good and everywhere present, and that we all have a spark of divinity within us. We honor the universal truths in all religions and respect each individual’s right to choose a spiritual path. We are a fully inclusive community, and everyone is celebrated here.

Where are you located and where do I park?

We are located at 1800 S Milton Rd, Suite 103 in Flagstaff, AZ. There is plenty of free, accessible parking in front of the building so you can walk right in.
